Threat
Assessments.
It is very difficult to mitigate an attack on your resources, when you
have no idea what or who it is that will conduct the attack.
We work with local and federal law enforcement and your corporate
security to determine exactly who is a threat to your facility and why. Here is
a simple anecdote that helps explain this concept.
Imagine you have a sugar cube and a child’s glass marble as assets.
Determining the threat to your assets plays a huge role on where your
vulnerability lies. If the threat is
a cup of hot water, you can pour the water on the marble and it will still be a
marble with little or no effect. The
sugar cube dissolves and will never be a sugar cube again.
If the threat is a hammer, you can hit the sugar cube, break it, but
still use it to sweeten a drink. If
you crush the marble, it will never be a marble again!
Vulnerability
Assessments. We developed the CARVER+
Shock vulnerability assessment tool that is now used and accepted by the FDA and
USDA as THE solution for assessing the vulnerabilities in food and agricultural
commodities. This valuable tool
works on any of the 13 critical infrastructures and has been used to identify
vulnerability in port facilities, nuclear power plants, the Power Grid, and
telecommunications networks. Our
consultants are also trained in Sandia’s assessment tool and HLS CAM.
We can assist State emergency planners and critical infrastructure owners adhere
to RAMCAP as required in the Interim National Infrastructure Protection Plan
Security
Assessments.

location or resource on their facility. We
will analyze the level and location of the consequence on your facility and
recommend security measures that are effective in protecting your resources with
breaking your budget. We truly
